This particular listing is a killer price, i did’t think i would live to see this value on these properties.
Sounds like a great location!! Nothing beats waking up opening the curtains and having a view to die for.
I also live alongside the South Shore line in Blackpool England and the view here in summertime when the sky is blue and the sun is shining off the water is out of this world.
