I showed 1406 at the 360 E Randolph twice last week. This is a short sale, the price is $229,000. It has about 770 square feet. It has got wood floor and the bathroom is redone. The size of the room is pretty big. Since it is a short sale, the place is not clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom. You need to spend at least 10-20K to clean the place and replace the kitchen. But it still is a good buy to me in this neighborhood. It has got very nice park view at the Lake shore East Park.
