The Park homes are located on the south east corner of the new lakeshore east park. There are totally 25 park homes for sale, as of October last year when I was showing it to my clients, we have been told that 7 has been sold, including one of the penthouses on the top. Right now you do not need to purchase the Park Home, you can also rent there. The price starts at $6,000 for the town homes. This is not bad for a family wants to stay in downtown Chicago!
