I have showed this unit to a potential buyer, the unit looks nice, although it is a foreclosure, it has maintained very well, even cleaned it very well. This one bedroom has around 700 square feet, with new kitchen and new bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit. This buyer really got a good deal!
