From 2 bedrooms facing north to 3 bedrooms facing south. This building is one of the best in the neighborhood, the price per square feet is higher than some of the neighborhood buildings, but from the 4 pending sales we could see that the economy is getting better. The listing prices of these units are similar to years ago, not even drop more than 5%.
Right now the grocery store is starting to built behind the 340 on the park, this will make the value of the property going up.
