The price of the units sold are range from $667,000 to $3,650,000, they are between 1 bedroom to three bedrooms units. I remember when the one bedroom unit came out, they were around $450K for the ones that facing south of the grant park, we were asking ourselves how we could fit our family into a one bedroom unit, but right now the price of the one bedroom facing south closed at $710K. That being said, if you are an investor, not only you need to find the best value, but the view, view, view is the most important. I think this is the only building where the value has held up high and is still very strong.
