This unit is quite spacious. It has 1,580 square feet, very large two bedrooms in the Buckingham building. It got views to the Lake shore East Park, the lake and the beautiful swimming pool from 400 E Randolph, which changes color at night, very pretty! The inside of the unit needs some work, everything is around 10 years old. The price has not been changed since the listing. I have not get any time to see unit 708 yet, but from the pictures, it looks newer and more upgrades have been done. The assessments of both units are over $900. So if you do not mind the high assessment, these are great units to purchase in the neighborhood. I would to happy to preview the property for you if you like, please let me know!
