This was a convertible which has been converted to a one bedroom unit. The unit is clean and nice, but after converting it to a one bedroom, the living room looks a little too narrow. The listing price is $325,000, which has not been dropped since last year. This unit is on the 4th floor, this have prons and cons, as some people like to live on the low floor and some people love to go at least to the 10th floor.
