This is the price you would see in 2006, so please do not miss this chance, if you want to move into this neighborhood, also you want to have a bigger unit, this is the place to go, as the one bedroom unit was selling for more than this price in some of the new buildings. This is the lowest price we have seen for years!

The inside of the unit is not upgraded. The carpet looks pretty old and the kitchen does not feel new either. The listing price is $379,000, this is quite reasonable for this neighborhood. But in my opinion, this building is a little too old. My kids go to the school here and this morning, they told us that the pipe is burst so they could not use the bathroom for a while.
