The asking price is $697,000, really reasonable for a three bedrooms unit in a brand new building. I am sure if I have the money, I will be very happy to buy this unit, it is 1,900 square feet, it will be perfect for our family, actually our space is OK, not very small, and if we want to build walls for our den, we could do it too!
