The foyer is very nice marble, it is also in the eating area, so make is very easy to clean, the living room and the den has wood floor. The only thing I think it needs improvement is the bathrooms. They are both original. The view is great to the Navy Pier and the lake. The listing price is $548,000, which is very reasonable to include a parking space.
