This one bedroom has just closed yesterday, with the listing price of $199,000 and the closing price of $195,ooo. This price is about $100,000 lower than the people paid in 2007. I have showed this unit to a potential buyer, the unit looks nice, although it is a foreclosure, it has maintained very well, even cleaned it very well. This one bedroom has around 700 square feet, with new kitchen and new bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit. This buyer really got a good deal!

I have sent this listing to lots of my clients, I know it is a great value, so I am glad to see that this is sold. The listing price was $250,000. which is around $120K lower than other units which is higher floor. It has new kitchen and wood floor plus it has a nice balcony too. It has 750 square feet with very small assessment $247 per month.

This is combined unit, with lots of upgrades, such as new kitchen with granite counter and new cabinets. The bathroom looks awesome, it really cost a lot to remodel this unit. Living room has wood floor. Great unit but with high assessment since this building is old. So that is my only concern of this building.
