When one of our relatives who live in the building tried it, she mentioned it was crazy and she almost fall. I have not got the courage to try it yet, but it is always cool to see them coming down from the ramp at the new lake shore east park.

It has wood floor, granite counter and new appliances. The listing price is $195,126. Which is not bad as it does has view to the new designer park, lake shore east park and a little bit of the lake through two buildings. I have not seen this place yet, but I think it looks nice on the pictures, the whole kitchen is black, so maybe for a single guy:-)
