I have showed this unit to a potential buyer, it is a great unit with south view to the lake and the park, the city, everything is new in it too. The asking price is $697,000, really reasonable for a three bedrooms unit in a brand new building. I am sure if I have the money, I will be very happy to buy this unit, it is 1,900 square feet, it will be perfect for our family, actually our space is OK, not very small, and if we want to build walls for our den, we could do it too! But after seeing so many new condos, I would like to live in a new place too, who does notJ

This is a large one bedroom unit face the new lake shore east park. It has around 1,000 square feet, this price is reasonable as the large one bedroom in this building was all over $300K. The listing price of this place is $299,000, so although the new owner needs to do work of the unit, it is still a good deal!
