I showed some one bedrooms units at the new eastside yesterday. My client is really interested in the Park Millennium building, the one bedrooms unit are the cheapest in the neighborhood, plus, they do have good appliances, some of them have a balcony.

We went to the North Harbor Tower too, the room size is nice, the only draw back the washer and dryer in unit, they do have a one bedrooms comes out for $1,390 and most of other one bedrooms are asking $1,510. They do not need security deposit but need to get employment verification to show that you make 3 times of the rent, otherwise you need to give them a bank statement to show that you have that amount of money in the bank.

New east side is a new name for the neighborhood east of the millennium park, next to the lakeshore dr, south of the Chicago River and north of the Randolph street. This neighborhood has mixed age of buildings, the oldest one is 400 E Randolph, the outer drive east building which was built in 1963, the Buckingham was built in 1982, the Harbor Point was built in 1973, the Parkshore was built in 1991. Then there are all these new develop building started from Lancaster, to Aqua which has just been finished. So the cheapest one bedroom in this whole neighborhood is at the 400 E Randolph, which was listed for $155,900, you do have some view to the new lakeshore east park. So if you want to live in this neighborhood and do not have so much money to invest, here is not a bad choice.

I have sent this listing to lots of my clients, I know it is a great value, so I am glad to see that this is sold. The listing price was $250,000. which is around $120K lower than other units which is higher floor. It has new kitchen and wood floor plus it has a nice balcony too. It has 750 square feet with very small assessment $247 per month.

This is unbelievable, the asking price of this unit is $1,100 per month, just reduced. This is a great new east side neighborhood with walking distance to three parks, the lake front, you can enjoy all the free concerts at the millennium park during the summer time. Plus you will have pretty views to the park, city and the lake. There are around 650 square feet. I think this is a great price, so act fast, detailed info and pictures will be available upon request.
