It has great amenities too. I love the east facing units in this building, but with this price, this is not so bad, while we were doing search in 2006, we could not find anything less than $500,000 in this building. It has new kitchen, new bathrooms and wood floor. The listing price of this unit is $485,000. Sometimes I do wish that we have not bought our unit yet, since there are so many choices out there! This is not my listing!
