I have helped my client took a video tour for unit 1408 at the 130 Garland, the Heritage building, this is a one bedroom unit, has nice open kitchen, new bathroom, large living and bedroom, in unit washer and dryer, a large balcony, walk in closet in the bedroom. It is around 900 square feet. My client has bought this unit last Friday for $255k. The Heritage has great amenities to offer such as indoor lap pool, nice gym, sun deck with grill and nice garden, 24 hour doorman, management office on site, bike room, storage unit etc.

I had a couple of showings for 1 bedroom for rent at the lakeshore east and the new eastside neighborhood. Compare the one plus den at the 222 Columbus dr and the 1 bedroom for rent at the 130 garland, my client prefers the 222 Columbus as it is larger and has better view, plus it is cheaper. But she does like the bathroom at the 130 Garland.

These two buildings both have pedways which will be very convenient in the winter for people to avoid the cold wind and snow. The amenities are similar as they both has indoor pool, sun deck, gym, meeting room etc.

There are currently 53 listings on the market for this building. This building was built in 2003, we checked out this building around 3 years ago, now I think it is so good that we did not buy a unit here at that time, but right now it is a great time to buy since the market has dropped so much! There are some great units in this building with tons of upgrade in it!

This unit has 4,400 square feet, it has 3 bedrooms with 3 and a half bath. It has beautiful view to the millennium park and the lake. It also has two large balconies! It has lots of upgrades too. This is a combined unit, so you could make it to a 4 bedrooms unit very easy! I could send you pictures if you are interested!

This is a great unit at the 130 Garland Court. This is a north east corner unit, which overlooks the new Millennium park, the lake and the city. It also has a balcony over looking the city. The owner has bought the unit for $925,000 with a parking space in 2006, right now the listing price is $799,000, I think that is a great price. The building was built in 2002, so all the appliances are new in the building.
